Location was awesome. The staff was friendly. I liked the hours everything inside the hotel stayed open.
One issue: the check in process. I’m pretty sure they knew a lot of people were coming Friday evening, so why not have more staff at the counters to help? We waited 2 hours just to check in. There were only 4 people doing all the checking in and there are like 22 windows. They could have even opened the self check in machines just to make the process easier.

The trade showcase cancelled when I tried to git in touch with your third party THERE WAS NO WAY TO REACH THEM. I tried numerous time to reach them even going though the BBB to no avail. The people at TI were more then willing to cancel my reservation, but your third party service was impossible to contact. I read their reviews on line and it seems most people had the same problem. I will never use your service again.
Cleanest of the rooms. It looks like they "cleaned" but the counters and countertop of the bathroom was not clean. The drinking glasses had water spots and one looked like it was used.
Love the location
Bell stand asked for a tip when dropping off the baggage . I asked if the person taking the bag to the room should get the tip and the employee said they both get a tip. I was confused. Hotel needs better restaurant options for families.
The towels are not as clean as we expected. New towels will be great!
Room was clean, the property was in a good location. We could walk to other casino sites on the strip.
Perhaps crossing guard at the cross walk. People walk on red light
