I wrote to say the toaster had coils outside of the toaster morning 1. I got a response 3 days later. Staff was rude. We checked in and our keys didn't work, twice. The 2nd time bellman was delivering luggage to our 2 bedroom suite. The bellman wouldn't let us into the 2nd room. He called maintenance to come fix the lock. I was on the phone with the front desk letting them know the keys opened the 1st room but not the 2nd. The woman who just checked us in, replaced the keys once said I remember you, come back. I sent my 6 foot 6 son to the front desk. The man working behind the desk was on the lobby floor, yelled at my son because he's a minor that he was to leave no children are allowed in the hotel lobby. My son was in the lobby to pick up the new key. My son returned to the room, bellman finished and I gathered my children and returned to the lobby for now the 3rd time. All reports I read was hotel is open, come out! I arrived to find NO valet. NO room service. NO Starbucks. NO pool service. NO housekeeping. When I called to add another day to extend our trip Brian in reservations said do you have a request for high floor? I said yes, that would be great! Upon check in was given rooms on the 2ns floor. Really? This whole trip I was repeatedly told NO. NO, NO, NO. Why even open??? This was no vacation. NOT relaxing, NOT enjoyable. I stay at your hotel 2 to 3 times a year. And have for the past 8 years. This was my last stay. Extremely dirty, disappointed. Ripped furniture. No service and certainly didn't treat me or my family well. Disappointing!

No early check in. No club entry with hotel guests.
porr customer service I schedule a room for sunday and they told me that I couldn't check in until 3pm even thou I told them that I got married at 12 am and that we needed a room.
Well kept but check in a pain if early
Everything was clean and the facilities were more than accommodating
Arriving before check in time, I asked if I could upgrade to an early check in. No one was able to accommodate the request or tell me when my room could be available ahead of normal check In time.
I have now stayed at the Signature on 3 separate occasions. I would recommend the Signature to anyone who visits Las Vegas and does not feel necessary to walk thru a Casino to arrive at their room. All 3 of my stays were for business and parking and retrieving my car several times a day was a breeze. Rooms and view were terrific!

Good value for the money, nice location, love the MGM grand pool.
The signature is starting to show its age. Technology was starting to seem dated. There were cigarette holes in the carpet and one of the faucets did not work.
-Amazing views of the city (with the right room) -Very quiet, feels like you're off the strip when you're just walking distance away from everything -Staff was friendly and helpful
-Concierge said there would be water bottles in the room, but there weren't. Good thing we brought our own!

at 12:30 AM, checking took over 30 minutes. Front desk staff were uber slow. I purposefully booked a room for 2 adults and two kids because we needed two beds. We arrived to find one bed for four people. The front desk staff told me that two of us could sleep on the terribly uncomfortable sofa bed with dirty sheets and blamed the party we booked through for the fact that we only had one bed instead of two queens. When I asked for clean sheets for the sofa bed, the hotel failed to provide them despite numerous calls to the front desk. I had to resort to. Going to the lobby and fortunately received some sheets from someone ifrom housekeeping who I saw in the lobby. We made the bed ourselves. The room itself looked dirty and had scuffs all over the walls.
No bag check, no early checkin
No early checkin although room was ready. Waited 20 minutes to check bags and no one ever showed up and the other employees went to look for them, ended up just taking them to MGM to check them while we went to eat before our flight.
Great for a business stay
I needed a comfortable room near but not on the strip, this had all I needed. Jet tub, clean room, access to all of the other Towers and MGM facilities. Some services aren't available when not booked through the hotel - book with them directly. Staff were all great, from valet to service desk.
They have coffee in the room (rare in Vegas), but it's not good. Even for vending machines, everything was in another tower. Tower Two has nothing but rooms and ice machines...but it's quiet. Pick your preference.
