The casino floor was lively
Our room was in the "spa elevator" its obviously the older part of the hotel our hall way smelled of wet carpet, there was a literal industrial fan blowing air in the hallway all night
Checked in, my room was sealed with a sticker saying my room was throughly cleaned, but upon checking the bathroom, it was women's hair all over the toilet and tub. It really made me question their cleanliness during this time of the pandemic. It took 2 days before management had someone come clean the room and the hair was still there, definitely will go to a different hotel the next trip i make. Greatly disappointed

I didn't stay in a renovated room, my other party did and when the renovations are done the entire place will be a great future stay for anyone looking to get away. The location is close to a lot of things anyone could want. Like the speedy check in with the machines but not able to select room or really upgrade.
Not being charged a pool fee after being told that you couldn't charge to the room. Had a pool credit and the only way to use it was to charge to the room, and we were told repeatedly that we couldn't charge. So we all opened a tab spent way more than we should (its Vegas) and then upon checkout had a $600 pool charge. Needless to say it came off the bill and suggest everyone keep their receipts just in case. The ice machines on my floor seem to have been turned off and after many attempts to contact to get them back up and running they still didn't. I had to walk to the renovated side to get ice from a machine that worked. There was also an incident where the elevators on one half of the wing stopped working and people used the emergency stairs to walk up and down, and included walking on the roof of the Buffett by the flamingo pond.

I had to call everyday for someone to bring my clean stuff... no one cleand my room for two days I had to call the front desk. Housekeeping was two doors down from me but no one came to clean my room ...not sure its because I'm black but rue Mexican lady told your house keeping i said I dint want my room clean. Im sure you guys saved my cls on your logs. Look into it. During Corona I expect for my roo. To be cleand everyday. I will mot be staying g with your company anymore and i will be letting my employees from park service and resorts i work at tk not spend they only on your company until i get a full refund. Im so unhappy I cried my self to sleep because I felt like I was being treated unfair because I'm black.
