Location. Right in the airport. I had a flight early in the morning so the location was perfect. The decoration and the overall idea is great.
I couldn't get any sleep. Any at all. There's no soundproofing of any kind, there was a guy snoring on a pod next to mine so sleeping was impossible. Pods have a decent size, but no space at all to put any of your stuff, this is really annoying since you have to leave all of your stuff in a locker in a different room. No A/C in the pods, it was too hot. There is a lot of space for improvement, but if I had to chose just one thing I would say SOUNDPROOFING THE PODS. Even if everything else is perfect, there's really no point in going there if you're not going to be able to get any sleep at all.
Great place for short stay before a next day flight.
Not ideal if you plan to get there early. Should be get there, shower and sleep
The simplicity of the layout and cleanliness of the facilities.
The comfortability of the bed.
Sleep in a box
Best option if you have an early morning flight out of NRT. Very clean and safe. Not a fully authentic capsule hotel, though. There is no lounge or vending machines. Pajamas are strange; why not a more comfortable and sanitary jinbae?
Keep on keepin on
