Shuttle bus was free and convenient . We really appreciated the airport service.
Larger rooms. Room only comfortable for one person, be overnight stay, for airport.
Excellent for a night if you have a layover at Narita.
Close to airport and economical.
Picked this hotel mainly due to the location close to the airport due to my early flight and the hotel has a free shuttle service. Also a plus was the great spa on the second floor.
Rooms were too small.
Great Airport Hotel
Everything was great. I especially liked the common ofuro. Also airport shuttle service was great!
Nice hotel for layover flight
Located near the train station (which now has a downward escalator so one can bring 2 pieces of luggage) Room is small but includes all necessities
Slightly noisy since it's next to the train station
Unlike many of Narita hotels, it's right by Narita station, so that you don’t have to rely on holel' s shuttle bus to move around. Restaurant on the 1st floor is reasonable. Large buth on the 2nd floor was comfortable.
Small but great deal
Nice location near two rail lines and temples. Tiny room, but fine for one person. Friendly staff. Close to airport.
Far from Tokyo. Hard to get around town without a car.
Clean, convenient but tiny
I wholeheartedly agree with Rachael's review: it's well located, clean, and staff is very friendly (they found some valuables we forgot). For some it could be a challenge to get down from the station to the hotel: the escalator is only going upwards. Perhaps the current works at that entrance will alleviate this. One can't blame this on the hotel though, it's the station itself.
It's tiny, very tiny. A double bedroom is in fact half a single bedroom, with just an arm's length to the wall. Getting two Western people in that bed is a challenge. Even the the Japanese would consider the room somewhat restrictive spatially.
Great location in Narita
It was nice to be able to hop off the train and walk less than 5 minutes to our hotel. Overall the location and staff get 5 stars! They were very friendly. Tooth brush, hair tie and slippers provided in the room. The room was very clean also! We felt like we got a steal considering how nice it was for what we paid. I would stay here again and would reccomend it to anyone on a quick layover or looking to stay close to the airport on their last night in Japan. I forgot to mention the free airport shuttle!
The only things I didn't like about this hotel were the tiny rooms (but let's be honest, there's a lot to see in Narita and you'll only be there to sleep) and they charge you 1000yen to extend your check out time for every hour.
Great cheap option for one night stay in Narita
I liked the price ($56 for a double) and the location near the train stations. I also liked the public bath on the 2nd floor and cleanliness of the property.
The rooms were extremely small (even based on Japanese standards). If you are traveling to Narita via train, you get dropped off at the train station which is on the top of a hill, above the hotel. There are no elevators or escalators, so you need to carry your bags down stairs or around the block, using the road.
I like the price definitely worth the rate. Clean and convenient
Room was very small very little room to move around. Would have been not to have at less one England new channel.
