I've stayed here a few times and the rooms are always very clean. However, if you get stuck on the first floor you can smell the cigarette smoke from the hall, not a problem for me, but my other half does not smoke. The gentleman at the desk when we checked out was very friendly.

We felt rushed leaving the next morning because at 9am the cleaning crew didn't even knock, just walked in. And ten minutes before checkout time, a employee was knocking on the door asking if we were leaving and why we had not checked out yet.
