There were there 2 nights. Every morning had a problem to find a place for a breakfast. The choice of meal big but to sit down to eat there is no place.
Mr. Katona, front office manager, was very helpful.
It was too charming to obvserve Budapest from the 14th floor
The hotel proved great value for money. The room was a decent size with a large comfy bed.Previuos reviews commented on the poor lifts but maybe it was because we was out of season but we we found them to be very efficient..The location of the hotel is good, only 2 tram stops from MoskvaTer, and opposite a large park but traffic noise is a problem if you are on thr front of the hotel. Overall a very good hotel and I would stay ther again.
The early morning wake up call from the passing traffic.( Air conditioning was also very noisy)
Comfortable for the money, close to public transportation. The staff needs improvement in customer service.
In the bathroom there was long hair all over on the floor from the previuous guests.
good location, very good a la carte restaurant, nice view from rooms, helpful staff.
Free internet and free wlan required. Normal pillows in beds, not the French style "sausage" pillows. Extra pillows and quilts in rooms.
great location. the stuff was very helpful
the hotel isn't comfortable and cosy at all, don't understand why it's 4 stars. breakfast was uneatable.
good relay towards downtown
it was difficult to interpret when we were asked for an advance of money when room was assigned and in the end it it was possible to pay all the fees
Good hotel well located in Budapest. Clean rooms, good service, large guarded parking, excellent view on the town center and historical buildings.
The location of the hotel to get to the tram stops for travelling in to the city is excellent. It is walking distance to the Buda side where Mscow Square is based. Hotel was previously used by one visitor but it was the first time for the other 3 who were impressed with locality etc.
Fridges did not get particularly cold and unless you time it right where the excursions are concerned it can be a bit of a bun fight at breakfast but it is easy enough to work round that.
