The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good, not far to the river or the old town square. The hotel feels nice and it is comfortable.
The breakfast was cleared quite early and even tho we got there 30 mins before breakfast ended there was not much left for us.
Room was comfortable & the breakfast very good.
The male reception staff lack the qualities required for a front line job. I found the one in particular rude with a couldn't care less attitude. I would recommend this hotel but with reservations concerning the aforementioned staff.
The location was very good.
My room had no hot water for 2 days. The staff refused to move me to another room. I also had no heat in the room depite the fact that it was almost down to freezing at nighttime. They also advertise wireless internet in each room, however the internet on my laptop only worked when in the lobby. Also, even though I was on the back of the hotel which was supposed to be quiet, it was extremely noisy due to the thin walls. There is a restaurant on the backside ground floor that plays loud music; and you can hear every word and sound from the rooms next to you.
It is the worst hotel which I saw in Europe.
Location, price, rooms are really big.
