good location. friendly stufe , the lady from recepation was very nice.
lost my nacklace in Prague , wrote a e-mail to ask them if they found it in my room, but don´t get ant answer.
The location near to the Muzeum metro which is fine to reach the touristic places of the city on foot
The receptionist said in a rude mode the morning of the day before our leaving: "Italians, today you must pay!!" and I said "Even though we are leaving tomorrow?" and he said " Today, you must pay today".
Old staff, bad servis.
Best is the location, as you are 2 minutes walk from the Wenseslas Square in the centre of Prague and the Old town is 20 minutes walk. No tram or metro needed.
The rooms were over-heated. The hotel was so hot that even when we left the window open all night in mid-November Prague we were still too warm at night.
They sold beers for the equivalent of 50p! The rooms were surpisingly spacious, even with 3 beds in there.
There was a communal shower for every male in the hotel to share.
right near a metro station and right in the center of the city yet very quiet
Our room was fine and clean. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and nice, and the hotel is located very well in the center.
Though, I would have liked to know before I arrived, that guests are supposed to rent their towels. You leave a deposit for your towel, that you get back, when you return the towel at the end of your stay.
The staff is helpful and nice.
The break is poor and even don't give us enough bread.
