Luxury accomodation at a reasonable price
location in the quiet place but not far from main attractions of the city
Comfortable beds, luxurious
We got married in Prague and the staff of the hotel and the place itself added a lot to the atmosphere of the wedding. It is a very romantic place to stay in, the hotel design is very beautiful, the rooms are amazing, very quiet place and a great view from the rooms. They decorated our room at the day of the wedding and reserved the library of the hotel for our dinner after the wedding, not only reserved but also decorated it and also put fire in the fireplace. They have very tasty and various breakfast. We have some misunderstanding with emails with the hotel staff, and the hotel provided free airport pickup since the misunderstanding was related to it. The minibar is free and provides a good choice of items!! Very very beautiful hotel!
The hotel doesn't have free internet access which is very strange and uncomfortable considering the whole experience.
This hotel was clean and tidy.
Very helpful staff, complimentary mini-bar and airport transfer (one way).
Food in the restaurant was far too salty which ruined the dinner we had, really poor for a 5star hotel. The package included airport transfer by one of the hotel's cars, this was only one way though and they wanted 1000crowns (£40) to take us back, I thought this was a bit of a cheap trick.
Staff very helpful & friendly. Room spacious and very comfortable. Free mini-bar a welcome bonus and very much appreciated. The organised transport to & from the Airport worth while. Very enjoyable if a little expensive.
Is about 15 mins to Wencelaus Square, which was not a problem, as we made good use of public transport (tram). Put a non-slip mat in the bathroom - a small detail, but important to older visitors in particular.
One of the best hotels we've stayed in so far! Excellent service by the hotel staff - very friendly. Great focus on small details that give that little extra. Staff doesn't hesitate to go the 'extra mile'. Would certainly recommend this hotel!
Everything. The hotel was lovely and quite at night with no noise disturbance. The food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent. There were nice little touches to the room, including daily fruit and petit fours, and champagne on arrival. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely, as was the double bath and large walk-in shower. All staff were couteous and friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast is served 'til 10.30 which allows for a cheeky lie-in. The suite was definetely worth the upgrade. The hotel Mercedes is very convenient and comfortable.
It's about a 15-20 minute walk from Wencelslas square, (30 mins from old-town square), but that gave us the chance to walk off some calories and see some 'real' Prague.
Extremely well run hotel, the staff could'nt have been more helpful, it was really quite impressive
We had a deluxe room on the 4th floor, it was a little like being in the eves of the hotel and we didn't have a view as such, wondered if we had been put in this room because we had a deal, the hotel certainly not full.
