The location and the calmness, and the kindness of the reseptionests as well.
The TV set had only two programs - one into German and one into Czech . Of course, as the receptionest explained me and respectively excused me, it was a temporary incident.

I enjoyed very much the hotel, for me is an excellent location to do the Prague city trip. All stuff was very kind, and the breakfust is very good. A good choise to stay in Prague without doubts.

the neibourghood, the daily cleaning of our room, the location and the price..
the fact that we could smell tobacco everywhere, the misleading fotos on the internet, the dirty carpet in our room. The hotel needs to be painted.. And I would like the staff to be more smiley and willing..

Well located close to Narodni Trida metro station, friendly staff, ok breakfast. Rather spacious room with ok design and furniture.
The room was very cold (9 October 2010) and the staff was not able to do anything about it. The hallway on our floor was actually warmer than the room! Furthermore, while we booked a double room we got a triple room of which 2 single beds together + 1 single bed to the side. No wifi available, not even internet access in the lobby.
