The couple running it were helpful although with restricted English.The place was clean but basic (in line with the star ratings) but the breakfast was generous and well above average. Having in-house parking was also an advantage.

The location was wonderful - we had a great view of Lake Garda from our balcony. The room was very clean and the double bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The smaller bed in our triple room was quite small and not as comfortable as the double. The shower curtain could be better, since water came out all over the bathroom.

Nothing! I LIKed nothing. This is just terrible.
It is just terrible. They disappointed us soo much, as never before anyone did. They cheated us, I would suggest noone to go there!
