Excellent location but quiet area of town, we felt very safe.
Good breakfast and very attentive staff. Good size room with modern bathroom. Metro station is steps away allowing easy access to all the major points of interest in monuments.
No terrace or gym.
This is a lovely small hotel in an excellent location with an outstanding staff. As another reviewer noted, Giorgio at the front desk is polite and cheerful, in a quiet sort of way, and very helpful and attentive. This hotel Our only complaint is that is a top choice for someone wanting to spend several days exploring - - either on foot, by Metro, or by car - - the sights of Paris.
Our only complaint is that the housekeeping staff had to be asked to replenish bath soap and shower gel.
Hotel comfort and location in Paris are ideal for any kind of activity in Paris
In my opinion, This hotel is designed for people who want to be relaxed and to spend a cosy time in the heart of Paris! This is well located within 20min's walk of some touristic and shopping spots such as Champs Elisee, Orsey Musium, Haussmann area and St. German de pres, if you don't mind walking around. After a number of visits to Paris, I finally decide this hotel will be my home in Paris!
we were for busniss stuff, but we enjoy the location we made les champs elyses , opera et boulevard st germain by walking, we did'nt need metro or taxis...
no every think was all right
The room was the quietest one we have ever had in Paris. Location was great with easy access to museums, shopping and public transportation.
The only item that could have been better would be the weather, but they really don't have much control over that...do they.
The family room is comfortably suited for three adults. I am especially appreciative of the two toilets and the big bathroom. The hotel is in a safe and quiet location, which is a short walk to the Metro underground.
It would be good if the computer at the lounge is hooked up to a printer.
The location very good (not far from the center of Paris - 5 minutes of walk from Concort square and in quiet place), breakfast quite good but not perfect.
THe 4 stars hotel the rooms quite small
The location is great, the hotel staff irreproachable, very, very helpful and polite; the hotel is elegant and clean.
The room was a bit too small, but that is quite common for Paris hotels.
The hotel is in a nice, safe area and you can walk to all the major points of interest.
There are not a lot of good restaurants in the immediate area. More restaurants can be found by walking 8 to 10 blocks away from the hotel.
The hotel is very central, right in the middle between Notre Dame, Eiffel tower and Champs Elyssée (2km walk to each though). It has some old-fashioned charme to it and thick carpets.
No parking available. No internet on the 1st day. Thereafter, 20 Euro per day. Rooms on 1st floor only 2m high, reminded us a bit of floor 12 1/2 in "being John Malkovich". Workers on ladders staring right into our bedroom on 3 consecutive days, drilling holes each morning. Reception refused to call a taxi. Breakfast poor, no tomatoes, eggs or cucumbers. Dead moth in shower not cleaned for 3 days.
The hotel manager did not tell me about the AC is not working in the classic room, but he changed my room when I asked him manytimes and when I told him if the situation of AC is not same I will change the Hotel at all "and this was my right"
