黃金門朵蕾酒店 - 巴黎 Hotel de la Porte Dorée

Clean place. Good quality breakfast. I had a good sleep, good sound isolation. Great Parisian neighbourhood. Nice staff

It’s not central. Almost everything is at least 30 minutes away by metro.

Extremely friendly and helpful receptionist offered me two glasses of delicious fruit juice at arrival when I told him I'm thirsty ( I arrived straight from Eurostar , very tired by taxi late in the evening , in the pouring rain ) . I had wonderful comfortable room with beautiful decor ( antics and real oil paintings ! ) beds were very comfortable ( I stayed alone in double room trying them both ) , all spotlessly clean , there were even toys for kids in the baskets in the wardrobe and magazines to read in another basket. In mezzanines book shelves and vases with flowers ; this great hotel have wonderful atmosphere and style of passed time , just as I love it. I am giving maximum rating for all ! True gem !

There was nothing I didn't liked during my stay and complaints of others about noise of metro passing underneath are greatly exaggerated as it was not louder than traffic outside ( well..i stayed on the first floor with windows on the courtyard and it was late evening , but slight vibrations caused by metro were not disturbing me at all and after midnight it has stopped anyway ). no complaints at all then :) It's also near the metro station and was very handy for me as early in the morning I just took metro to get to the Gare de Lyon railway station to catch train to Nice.It was really handy :) We had laugh with receptionist when I told him I'm Polish as he found my name Arabic sounding ( he's North African I think , really friendly person)
