close to metro, 10 minutes walking to Arc de Triomphe.
Just fantastic! People at the conciergerie bilingual and sooo helpful, snow white clean sheets and towels, bathroom spotless
The location, quaint street
The rooms where not heated and very small and would only recommend this hotel for emergency planning
Very simpel breakfast, very small noisy rooms
Nice quiet area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is good for the 31 bus to the Arc and the 53 bus to Lafayette shopping centre and Louvre area of the city. Nice cafes nearby. Good internet connection available free of charge
Breakfast could be improved, e.g. add some cold meats and cheeses
The room was clean, not to small and overall it was a good price for a late booking.
I could not take the card key out the hotel. The policy is to leave it at the reception desk. The reason that I did not like it is that on a 2 night stay I asked 3 different the card for the room and it was given to me with no check of who I was. Therefor anyone could have gone into my room!
Clean rooms. Good location
Hard to find (located in an alley). Staff not so friendly.
A frugal breakfast!!!! To see Paris you have to stay outside of the hotel all the day so you need some more chois of articles. Jam and butter...(???)
The staff was nice and very accommodating. Everyone was willing to answer our questions. We had a hard time though during the night as the staff on duty cannot speak and understand English.
The room is not sound proofed. Guest in the other room kept on knocking every time we speak even in our normal voice tone. We can hear the guests' conversation in the other room too.
Relatively quiet, nontouristy neighborhood
Terrible shower, dim room lights
