Location was good for me
No shower in the room but a bath tub.
The stuff of this hotel is excelent. Always smiling, and ready to solve any problem or answer any question. The rooms are very nice. I had an up-grade so I don´t know how are the regular rooms. Well located. Great stay.
We arrived at the hotel at 23:00 and we had to take care of our bagage: some thig unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel. No parking available. The bed coud be better.
I had a very enjoyable stay at the hotel with my wife and two teenage daughters. We had two superior rooms which very individual and well appointed. The staff were without exception incredibly attentive and helpful. Breakfast which was include in our deal was all you could want and more. The hotels location was ideal being a short walk to the metro for the main sites although you can walk to the Arc de Triumphe in about 20 minutes if you are feeling energetHic. There are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel to suit all tastes.
Nothing at all
Quite convenient location
The lift was out of order due to construction and stairs were all covered in dust sheets which could have been dangerous. Noisy for a while when building work was going on. We should have been foewarned of this. I would have gone elsewhere. Or a reduced rate should have been available or at least something like a bottle of wine or free breakfast. You don't want to be in a hotel when it is having substantial work done.
Attentive staff and comfort with pleasing design
Lift currently not working
The srevice was amazing, the staff were friendly and very helpful. They gave great restaurant recommendation.
- staff is very helpful, polite and friendly. - nice rooms, nice furniture, tasty decorations. - size of the room is quite big for Paris. - good location, quiet neighborhood. - good access to public transportation (bus, subway). I think that it only takes about 10 minutes or less to the Opera. - although absolutely the same every morning, the breakfast is quite rich and I do recommend it against the cheaper alternatives you have in the area (croissants and coffee only). - value for the money is quite good. however, I think that starting with September there's a quite steep price increase. you should check first!
- there's only one major drawback: the inner walls are probably made of cardboard. if you drop a needle on the floor, all the hotel will hear it! all the noises can be heard and seem to even be amplified by the hotel itself: doors slamming, showers, toilets, coughing, snoring.
The hotel staff was exceptional and the area of hotel a really nice change (being in a real French neighborhood as opposed to with all the other tourists)..
Beautiful, clean hotel, great room service, close enough to the city center. Parking garage nearby.
The room was not very sound proof. You could easily hear the noise of the TV in the other room and also other noises ...
very service minded staff. The room (superior class) was really nice and very "french"
a bit uncertain about the elevator...
