I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were more than helpful with giving me hints on what to do around the city and how to use all the public transport. For someone who had never been to Paris before it was easy to find. I a spot close to the metro line and not too far from all the tourist spots and more.
Good desk staff, location
Parking extremely difficult and only a garage (very expensive) several blocks away. The elevator was the smallest I have ever seen, and would accommodate only one guest with a small bag!
Clean, good for money, though a little far from the center it's a nice place to stay very quiet at night.
The stair going to our room is dark, not enough lightings.
it was nice but there where hotels cheaper and better in the area, unfortunately I didn't know about them till I got there
it was too little for 2 persons but at least it was clean
nice location, directly at the metro station, good to reach from the airport, quiet, friendly and helpful stuff, clean rooms, good value for money
rooms are very small, breakfast room is a bit cantine style in the cellar
The hotel is in a fairly good location, within easy access of Gare du Nord and the central sites.
Stayed at the hotel for three nights and two of them our sleep was disturbed by drunken guests from other room(s) shouting and entertaining themselves through the night. Obviously not hotel's fault, but this has affected my mood the next day... I made some comments to the receptionist the next day but I don't think it made much difference the next day...
close to center, bathroom was OK
Very noisy in the mornings, Housekeeping tried to enter the room without even knocking between 9 and 10 am.
Fair room size for Paris standard, nice accomodation, good neighborhood
Good location, we wanted somewhere between the Gare de Lyon and Gare du Nord to stay for one night. The hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to the latter. It is very close to the Republique and a short walk to the Marais for eateries. We only wanted somewhere for one night and so cost was more important than comfort.
The towels had been washed so many times they were grey and like sandpaper. The bath mat had been left where it fell on the floor. The room (as seems frequently the case in Paris) was far too hot to sleep well. However this is only a 2* hotel.
It was very near to many eating establishments. It was also relatively near to major attractions. The metro is just around the corner of the hotel.
The breakfast was a little boring. The price was too high.
