Not bad, but not necessarily that great for the price
Nice location. Not far form shops, restaurants and bars and site seeing. The look of the room is pretty nice. Also like the fact that they give you a cell phone that you can use outside of the hotel. The staff is really nice.
The room is TINY. Basically like a studio room with everything all squashed together. The elevator is ancient, takes a long time just to go up 4 floors. You can hear a lot outside of your room because of how small it is.
Paris hotels are often disappointing: nice entrance, but the rooms..Not the case of this Hotel: great rooms, almost a "design" hotel, very good bathroom. The position is also a plus.
good room spec. good location.
limited breakfast option for 14€
We were able to check into our room at midday which we didn't expect. It's very close to the metro
The cleaning staff came into our room at 10am without knocking.
Friendly and helpful staff, modern vibe, clean and comfortable with the most comfortable bed and quilt I've stayed in.
The size of the room, nice staff, close to shopping area
close to Metro
most of rooms are facing internal lightwell which make people uncomfortable living there
the staff in the evening did not speak english and the bed sheet was dirty.
Good location - close to metro, the metro station was the station where I could change lines, near was supermarket, easy to get Notre Dame, easy to get Eifel ....for leisure travel it was important and good. I had coffe maker in my room.
When I checked in and arrived to my room - it was not clean up after previous guest. After my complaint at reception personal immediately prepared room in order.... Shampoo and shower gel was in only first day (I stayed 3 nights). But irrespective to things which I did not like, if the rate will be good I can suggest this hotel to friends or after some time choose it again.
I liked that the room was big comparing the others hotels in Paris I ever stayed, the furniture is new, a big flat TV screen, tea and instant coffee in the room.
I did not like the neighborhood (it was a little dangerous for a single woman), there was no heat in the room, they were not always at the reception and it felt like anyone can enter into the hotel, the pillows are too hight for me and they did not have others, the room was "half-cleaned" every day, they did not take good care of my things (the luggages were dirty after I took them from the luggage room; in an evening, at the returning, some of my things were on the floor).
not really much...just the availability of the concierge...maybe..
everything! The first room I got was on the last floor (6th): the lift was extremely noisy and bumpy. As soon as I entered in the room I was overwhelmed my the smell of new painting, I tried to open all the windows to remove it but in the end I had a freezing cold and smelly room. I slept there 1 night but I had to change it since in the morning I felt very bad: head-ache, sore throat, nausea. I got a second room at the second floor, much more smaller with a very small window and no heating!!!! I froze for other 2 night (the temperature was around 0 degrees). Horrible!
