The plumbing made a loud resonant sound every time the toilet was flushed.
Room is clean and clean and comfortable. A short drive to city and attractions. Room can accommodate family of 4. Free breakfast
No walking space after sofa bed is set up. Breakfast selection is limited. Car park is small. A £5 fee to pay when parking at the overflow carpark. Main carpark is always full.
The staff were very acommodating and nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfast was not the best it was a bit on the cold side. Also we paid £139.00 for a one nights stay which I thought was very expensive for this type of hotel
friendlyness of the staff
when drawing the curtains in the morning they fell off the curtain rail to see a view of the cemetary next door...
Excellent location for the christmas market in Bath.
We where in an end room so it was quite noisey you could hear people coming back and the traffic wasnt told about having to pay for the parking until checkout
The staff were very friendly. We were able to check in immediately and got our room before midday which was great. Room clean and breakfast fine.
it took nearly 40 mins to check in
The prices for drinks at the bar and also cold drinks from their shop were extortionate! £1.50 for a small bottle of water! £18 for 4 drinks at the bar! Very disappointing.
The staff were very accommodating, efficient, polite and extremely helpful.
Large quiet room
Smoking in the entrance lobby
Asked for a single, twin and triple but ended up with three twins
