I was staying there during a conference, and for that purpose it was sufficient. The rooms were clean and the food was decent. It was located across the street from the conference hotel, and was half the price.
The first two rooms they gave us were unsuitable: one was not clean and the other was stiflingly hot because there were no large windows and the ac was broken. However, because of this they upgraded us to a Junior Suite, which was spacious and suitable. It was fine for a business trip, but it is definitely not a luxury resort.
The breakfast buffet was good.
The hotel is in poor condition and not maintained. The staff is poorly informed about resort information. Except for the breakfast buffet, the food quality is poor. We had water running across our bathroom floor and they would not give us extra towels.
Nothing, it was the most horrible experience I have ever had. From the under age drinking to the hard as a rock bed. The food was the same for breakfast lunch and dinner. Again, the rooms look like nothing on your web site.
Everything, elevator, food, room, dirty pool.
