Smells like my grandma's closer!
When we walked into the room the first thing we noticed was a strong odor of mothballs. It was a spacious, well-appointed room but it reeked! Then we noticed the walls were extremely thin when we heard a lady yelling down the hall to her child outside our door and then heard the kids running around in their room directly above us. (We know it was their room because the mom mentioned the room number while she was yelling). I had to call the front desk to complain about the noise because I could not sleep and I had to get up at 2:30 a.m. for a red eye flight.

Great Customer Service!
This hotel is very clean and new. Nico at the front desk went out of his way to help us with information regarding our tour of the University of Oregon. Nico does a great job of providing superior customer service! This hotel is a great place to stay if you're visiting the University of Oregon, it is literally across the street.

Nice Hotel
Like many of the hotels located on Franklin Blvd, I would assume the rates are increased anytime there is some kind of event being held at the U of O. I paid $174.00 per night plus fees...and it was not a football weekend. A fair price would have been around 119.00 to 149.00 per night. That said, it is a nice clean hotel
