Staff available. Simple room with everything ok. International TV channels and good bathroom.
Wifi actually fully available only in the lobby.
Very convenient location to train station, town and beach. Staff were warm and helpful. Also there is a lovely terrace garden for breakfast.
Very uncomfortable bed. Air conditioning ok off season but probably not effective enough in high temperatures
I liked the location. It is really great, if one likes to travel by train to get to almost all cities in Cote d'Azur. It is very close to Nice and much cheaper than in Nice. Service is very helpful.
It's modest but comfortable
fluent spoken english by staff, good atmosphere, good value for money
we got back home with some bed bugs; breakfast very basic; they gave us voucher for dinner in restaurant which cost 37euros but we spent 47 euros and had to pay a difference-there is no need to get voucher as you can eat much cheaper in other places
We liked the lovely friendly atmosphere and found all the staff approachable and nice. The lovely garden was a bonus for eating out of doors and relaxing in the evening
The building site behind the hotel started work at an unearthly hour so sleep was disturbed. However I am sure this is only temporary.
family run hotel , everyone very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Their English was also very good.
Far better than we expected for the price ! Not keen on other guests having dogs in their bedrooms.
The lovely garden, the nearness to the station, post, and sea-front. The quietness. The nice staff.
Hotel is basically a nice place but must try harder. For the price, we expect fresh coffee (not machine), crisp croissants, fresh bread, properly working electrics, bathroom cleaned daily. If all these were remedied, we would freely recommend the hotel, but not at the moment.
The Personal was frindly and helpfull. The actual (day by day) cleanliness (towls, bed) was allright, but see below. The hotel offers a small but nice garden. The breakfast was resonable.
I think this hotel, esspecially at least my room 203 needs urgently a renovation. The bathroom need a much better ventilation and repair, sometime it stinks from the downpipes. The room has a smell from former smokers.
The total hotel facility is in very and extremely poor condetions, services were even worst, room has no tv,no telephone, window broken, oilites broken, shower broken, it took me 3 nights out of 5 to get pillow, over priced compare to the quality I do not recommend the hotel to have even listed. However, the staff were doing thier best but they are helpless
I love very much ppl who works in this Hotel, the owner was really wonderful, a the reception all ppl are so polite and friendly.Hotel is situated very close to the train station and it made my stay very comfortable during the Cannes festival. i would for sure recommend this hotel for stay in south of France.
With a stay at Hôtel le Sud in Antibes (Juan-les-Pins), you'll be a 1-minute drive from Juan-les-Pins Beach and 6 minutes from Salis Beach. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
