Located inside the historic city with very near access to a small beach cove. The multilingual staff was exceptionally helpful with recommendations and directions.
At night the front door is locked and there is no 24/7 reception desk staff, so if you have to check out early be sure to let them know!
The Manager "selim" with very good English speaking was so kind with helping hands in every subject you may think...The old Town "Kaleici" is very beautiful and hotel is near the old eye-catching marina.
bad location (very noisy tonight), not so friendly staff (and do not speak english), lack of refrigerator in the room, breakfast too basic
Nice building, well located, comfortable room.
The hotel is very well located, in the heart of the Old town. The Marina, shopping, cafes, pubs, restaurants are all very close with plenty of options. The rooms are basic but clean, comfortable & excellent value for money. The guy at the front desk is extremely friendly & helpful. He gives good advise on places to see & how much to pay for the boat trips etc. Definitely a place to recommend & one I would return to.
The breakfast is a little too basic & could be improved upon.
the hotel is located in the very city center (old city center - Kaleci). it is convenient for walks. the room that we had was in the corner of house so we had 4 windows 'with seaview' (actually we didn't saw the sea, cause of hight palms) :) it is possible to park the car nearby for free. but... the hotel is located on a hill and is a bit higher than other building and at night we couldn't sleep cause of disco at the opposite side of harbour. at second night we went to have a walk because it was very noisy (even when we closed all the windows) and we discovered, that in other parts of Kaleci is silence, cause they are hidden in that picturesque streets. so if u have problems with sleep, better choose other hotel, is not - it is ok.
the air conditioner in our room was rarity ;) and i was happy that we couldn't find its console. one tip for those, who will come to Kaleci by car: at the entrance there is turnpike and u have 2 choises: to take a ticket and pay or not to take it. the matter is they will ask u to show this ticket when u will go out by car. if u don't have this ticket u must pay 50 Euro. but it is also written, that u can show the paper from the hotel u stayed in with stamp and this will be for free for you :)
Very clean, very friendly staff and owner, value for money, well located, quiet, comfortable
It wasn't clear that I hadn't paid online when making my booking as I had to give my credit card details and previously when booking through companies on travelsupermarket.com, providing credit card details had meant payment for the hotel was taken in advance. This led to some confusion and I had to call the help number to clarify
Nice and comfort. Rooms Decorations vary from room to room. We have chosen big classic room with sea view, hovewer next to ours 'Osman empire' small room was very nice. Polite and kind staff. Room is heated or cooled according to daily weather conditions. Enjoy!
A bit difficult to find the hotel in small down town. Some issues due to hotel staff english is not advanced.
Great location and good room size - good value for money
