孟買飯店

優點: 早餐部分無懈可擊，多樣化選擇 員工飯店服務十分到位 房間床舖會讓人感受十分舒適，非常適合商務客

缺點: 選擇Sofitel，基本上就是選擇飯店風格 房間格局相對較不開闊，浴室的形狀大小會不一，基本上就可以相對睜一隻眼閉一隻眼 此次入住三間相同房型的房間，浴室大小都不同，房間整體感覺開闊程度不同

優點: 員工友善，保安工作充足

缺點: 設備已開始變舊，特別水龍頭，洗手間多水漬，其餘都維持得很不錯

優點: Great location with extremely courteous staff, exactly what you'd expect of a Taj hotel. Simply the best hotel chain in the world, so it's very hard to go wrong with Taj. The breakfast buffet, included in the room price, is one of the best!

缺點: Slightly older rooms, but somehow works in their favor.

優點: 距離機場大概僅20分鐘車程，飯店很高級氣派，你能想像到的服務都有，乾淨、且服務人員都很熱情友善。

缺點: 價格稍微貴了一點。

優點: Hotel is infested with mosquitoes from the lobby till the rooms. High probability of getting malaria or dengue.... Hotel has to look into this issue and resolve it and take up this issue seriously

優點: Shoaib at the breakfast room was very supportive.. I made sure that I sat at the same table. He looked after my needs perfectly. Thank you Vivanta president . This was my 3 rd stay at your hotel.

優點: 早餐很棒! 超豐盛!! 雖然設施有點老舊但是基本上什麼都有 在飯店裡什麼都可以取得

缺點: 我入住時發現兩張床有一張床有人用過, 而且報紙是舊的已經看過重新折過的報紙, 讓我對飯店的整潔有很大的懷疑, 櫃台承諾給我的wifi最後也不能使用

優點: 除了部分人員 其他人服務態度都很好，房間乾淨

缺點: 1.服務人員送行李上來 我跟他說我沒有零錢 可否明天給他，他說可以幫我換錢 我拿了張500的給他 最後他找回來5張一百 我問有兩張五十的嗎 他說沒有 只有一百，雖然最後還是給了一百 但感覺很不好 ，感覺是被強迫消費了 2.放了一百元在床頭 錢被收走了卻沒打掃？？？

優點: Great hotel for a stopover between international and domestic flights, and for business travellers to Mumbai

缺點: Airport drop/pick up was too expensive as was breakfast buffet. Both should be included in room rate.
