The staff were really good, I found them helpful and attentive. I was a woman alone and I always felt very safe. The room was very well equiped and quiet well appointed with English language channels for quiet evenings, tea and coffee making and a hairdryer. The food I ate in room service was delicious and delivered within 15 mins of order.
The hotel doesn't have water or cans of soft drinks available to buy...I had to walk to a local garage to buy a bottle of water. Very Strange?

Location was extremely hard to find. The taxi driver had to ask several times. The pick-up servive from the airport might be a good option unless you make sure you find a cabbie who knows where he is going.

Great hotel, Great Staff. Clean. Large modern room with flat screen tv. Comfortable king bed. 24hrs Room Service. $6/24hrs internet.
A bit far from downtown Mumbai. Also hot water gets shut off early in morning before checkout.
