A Hotel to avoid
The cake shop sells a good variety of breads and cakes
1. The rooms look old and worn out 2. The hotel had run out of Moisturisers 3. The hotel did not have band-aid strips in their first-aid box
Great location. Delightful staff. No direct access
Staff was very friendly. Food was very good. Excellent location
No direct access to beach. Have to go through the lobby, out of front gate and walk from outside property
Very comfortable beds & excellent showers.
we were in a smoking room which was only disappointment as I hate the smell of smoking.
The hotel was in a great location overlooking the beach and within easy reach of the airport. The staff were efficient and courteous, the room was comfortable and clean. Choice of restaurants was excellent as ws the food.
Excellent hotel!!! My filght got me to Mumbai in the middle of the night and the hotel staff bent over backwards to accomidate me. They gave teas and coffe and brerakfast whilst I waited for my room to be prepared (which they managed to do for 8:00am). The hotel has a great pool and facilities, and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Juhu area.
Great friendly staff and situated right on juhu beach
restaurant menu could have had a little more variety and more dishes otherwise food was good
Staff was very friendly throughout
A simple one minute call to Delhi on a cell phone was charged Rs. 200, this does not make sense to me. I know luxury hotels like Novotel add own surcharge(s) but Rs 200 for 1 minute call is just too much over the head.
