好評：I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, the decor, and the view of the riverfront. The room gave me every indication to believe the place was high end.
負評：The place seemed dead. All the lights in the hallways were off, the water in the shower fluctuated temperatures when used (like it hasn't been used for an extended period of time), I only bumped into one other guest in my building during my 1 day stay, and I could tell from the outside how many rooms were occupied - I'd say around 10% at best. This place was huge! Prior to arrival, I didn't think the size of the hotel would be a problem, but once I got there, I found it very annoying. The restaurant was in another building, and we had to go outside and around the waterfront to reach it. Reading the other reviews, I can confirm it's true - the service is mediocre at best. The staff provide seem to have no sense of urgency to help. Our dinner took very long they were unaccommodating. When I asked if I could add chicken to my pasta (which was not on the menu, but chicken and pasta as separate items were), they acted as if I had just walked into the catholic church and pissed on the baby Jesus himself. The service was slow. Upon checkout, I was told by the desk attendant the person with the authority to complete the task was unavailable and I had to wait 10 minutes. This place feels very understaffed. Given the small size of the staff, the seemingly nonexistent guests, the dim lighting and the infrequently used water pipes, I'd venture to guess NH is loosing some serious money on this investment. Granted, I did visit in May, which is probably a slower season.
