very good breakfast and very kind personel!
A little noise from the neighbours in the morning ,the house of the neighbourse was under construction.
Staff were friendly and room was comfortable. Great location, once we learned how to navigate ourselves around Venice.
The only unfortunate thing was we were located on the top floor with no lift...was a lot of uneven stairs with our lugguge.
I am not aware of other rooms but I liked just everything: location, luxurios room (#5), breakfast, personnel -- everything was great!! And don't miss a chance to ask personnel for capuccino or latte machiato at breakfest if normal coffee is not enough:)
When I arrived the staff informed me that the single room that I had booked was not available due to another guest extending their stay - so they upgraded me into a double room instead to ensure I still had a room with private bathroom. The staff were friendly, breakfast was basic but enough to get you through until luch - overall a great experience for a single traveller
I was expecting it to be hard to find based on other feedback I had read - and it was, but everything in Venice is hard to find! Was woken up early-ish with building work going on nearby but it was a good prompt to get out of bed and explore Venice!
The room was enough for two a little small but clean and warm it had a good breakfast people were nice
the hair dryer was not what we were use to
We had a great room with a view of the canal. The room was clean and we felt a sense of relief when we walked into the nicely furnished and cute room. The staff was helpful and the location was central to many places we visited, once we figured out how to get there. We enjoyed this hotel, it was a good value for what we paid.
A little confusing to get to the hotel, the directions could be better.
Location. Not too big. Excellent staff. Small rooms but nice and clean.
Hard to find with baggage...
The staffs were friendly.
The room is too small.
clean rooms. very nice deskofficers.breakfast very good!! helpful and polite people!
the help at the breakfest did~not say a normal goodmorning! But breakfast was great!
Great room, spacious and clean. Really nice and helpful staff...they even suggested we take some of our breakfast food away with us (which we did!) the night before leaving as we were going to be leaving to early to catch the very generous breakfast. Great value for money and ideally placed, not in the tourist area and very near to San Marco Sq. + Cheaply priced mini bar!
