Location on canal with balcony room great to watch world go by .Easy access to Rail Station and water taxis, even at high tide.
It was comfortable and convenient to shops, restaurants and sights. Also easy to find from railway station/buses.
Reception staff, particularly Veronica, could not have been more obliging and helpful - a valuable asset. Hotel was very convenient to airport, train and seaport and to many tourist sites.
For one who likes a softer matress I found yours a little hard ,but tolerable.
Room adequate with good bathroom, Friendly & Helpfull Staff, Excellent location
Bed sheets are clean; Staff is friendly; Easy to access from airport, taking one bus about 25 min. and cost $3 euro per person. No need for water bus or water taxi; The location is ok if you like to walk. 20 min. walk to city centre and 10 min. walk from train station. Venice is a small city, 30 min. walk can from east to west.
Value of the money is not worth it. It is located in a very small lane – hard to find. The entry doors are small – difficult for luggage. If you want a room with canal view, you have to upgrade your room. The hotel was over booked when I checked in around 3:30pm. So, I was arranged to a room besides the hotel building at ground floor (not inside the hotel building). As their staff said it is belong to the hotel as well. The room is big but the furniture was like from a garage sale (pink color furniture mixed with grandma style dark brown furniture - awful). There is a spared net above our head of bed. The bath room is newly renovated but it is small. The breakfast does not provide meat (ham or salami) and cheese. All are sweet stuff with sugar. No wifi in the hotel rooms. Only at reception area if you bring your own computer and the cost is $10 euro per stay. It is too expensive and inconvenient. I haven’t bothered to try.
Good breakfast, nicely decorated room.
Shower leaked and some noise from a nearby bar, but not too late into the night. We were above the office and front door and we could hear comings and goings.
Good location. Very good and heloful stuff. Nice decorated room. Good a/c.
The room was beautifully decoated in a classic Venetian style. It was about a 15 minute walk fom the train station and located on a wide canal. Our south facing room did not overlook the canal but, being on the 3rd floor, looked out over rooftops at a sunny sky. The breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and very heklpful.
Cost, but it was Venice.
Staff friendly and accommodating. Location close to water taxi station. The room was very clean and quiet.
a little hard to find, front door is on the alley and not directly on canal
Close to the Grand Canal, yet quiet. Rooms a little basic but comfortable. Staff very friendly.
