Better hotels cost less
Location was good The front desk staff spoke very well in different languages
Lobby needs air freshener Asked for my suit to be laundered and pressed- paid about $50+ ... get it back and it was not professionally cleaned and not pressed at all- still wrinkled. I got $11 refunded. Little kid in the lobby decides that 8a.m. is the best time of day to listen to the echo in the stairwell. For 5 minutes straight he screams up the stairwell, listens to his echo and giggles with delight. Apparently his mother thought this was so cute. And the front desk staff completely ignored it. Breakfast is $5 for a crossaint and cappuccino- Waitress brings me a bill for $12. Meh.
Clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect.
The lobby could use a style update.
everthing was ok , rooms were off a good standed
shower wery small,
Its location at the island and surroundings, nice design of the building's interiour and comfort. Room was cosy, a bit too small but pleasant for even a longer stay.
The floor could better be dust-cleaned. In spite of WIFI, one PC in the hotel lobby could help those without laptop to check mail.
The decor, the service level of staff at the hotel and the value for money it offered as an alternative to booking a hotel in main Venice.
Nice, quiet residential area. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was extremely helpful.
Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Staff were so welcoming and great recommendations on local places to eat. Quiet location. New hotel. Gorgeous facilities.
The hotel itself is lovely: elegant, artsy in a great location.
Everything is done on the cheap. No air circulation or air-conditioning at night even though the temperatures warranted air-conditioning. Mosquitoes once the window had to be opened. Bad coffee (in Italia?), watered-down juice, stale bread. Safe didn't work; window didn't work properly.
Great Staff, Clean Room, Great Price
Nothing apart from the elevator being broken (One of those things that happens)
A great hotel with charming and helpful staff. Very Clean and nicely designed rooms. Highly recomend.'Nearby beaches, a 5 minute walk, and 5 minute walk to the Waterbus/Vaporetto.
The hotel staff were so kind and helpful to us and our 19 month old daughter. The lady at the front desk went as far as giving our daughter a pail, shovel and rake to use at the beach. That may probably seem meaningless to some but for us who were travelling from Canada and were ending our 3 week trip in Venice it was very much appreciated as it kept her very busy at the beach!!!!!! Thank You!!!!
