The staff are unfriendly, rude, disrespectful, unwelcoming. What more can I say, I'd ask for my money back if I could.
noisy at the night
price a little bit high.
this little hotel was in a good location in Cannaregio and within 10-15 mins walk of St. Mark's (if you dont get lost !) - right on one of the little canals - nice to wake to the lapping of the water under the window and not at all noisy
shower was useless - leaked water all over the floor - thing that held shower on wall broke on our second last morning and still hadn't been fixed by time we left ; "double bed" was two singles shoved together so a bit uncomfortable ; breakfast was pretty basic and felt the 125 Euro per night we paid justified a better service than we received
The location. Not too far from the Water Bus
No shower curtain in room.
Good location: slightly away from the busy heart of the city. Decent decor. Polite English-speaking staff. Good breakfast.
Both the room and bath were very small. Expensive.
The place of position of this Hotel in old Venice. Good quality of baking.
It is very "dark" hotel because of limited sizes of windows (it is the inevitable consequence of ancient construction) and very low power of the lamps in their sconces, chandeliers etc.
Convenienly located on main path and near a vaporetto stop. Clean, nice breakfast included
Teeny tiny itty bitty single room. The shower was part of the bathroom- an expandable screen attached to the wall, closed off part of the bathroom to form the shower. (Room 201). Secondly, the night deskman had no idea how I should get to the airport in the wee morning hours and was not interested in helping to look up anything online to help figure it out.
The staff were not particularly friendly. They were, however, very professional.
