The location was excellent and the staff second to none. My first impression of exterior was not good but once inside front door everything was great.
I couldn't fault anything about the hotel.
The suite we were upgraded to was lovely and comfortable, very very clean and in character with the age of the building/surrounding area (not a boutique hotel) , it had a a private terrace , location was excellent, breakfast was good although limited choice, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Couldn't have been a better choice of hotel, highly recommended great time.
Some tea making facilities/ refreshments in the room would have been a real bonus but other than that all was great.
The staff was always helpful and friendly. We liked the location, so close to San Marco.
Friendly staff. Very close to the canal, Vaparatto and San Marco square.
Single room very small and basic.
Its a bit hard to find, but the location is very good, very near water bus station and 5 mins' walk to St. Marco. Room is clean, staff speak English very well and helpful.
A bit hot when sleeping, so we had to open window which caused quite noisy in the early morning. The TV set is too old and small.
We had an apartment for four people. It was magnificent. It was very roomy, very clean and ultra modern and a fabulous position. The staff were very friendly and we had a lovely breakfasdt included in the price. I would love to stay there again and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay in Venice. It was good value for money.
The apartment was very well presented and clean and situated in a perfect location for exploring. It was also very close to the water bus and taxi service. The kitchenette was very much appreciated and the plasma screen TVs in each room and well apponted bathroom suite were ideal for an extremely comfortable and relaxing family holiday. Ther continental breakfast was plentiful and sufficient.
No, in fact the Hotel offered to hold our baggage all day when our onward flight to Naples was delayed - very helpful.
The location was awesome. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great.
Location was fantastic; staff very helpful; we were upgraded to a junior suite - although a lot of steps to get luggage up to it, it was so worth it!
The rooms were very clean, the staff was very nice and there was a great buffet breakfast!
