Spacious room. Comfortable bed.
Room needed some repair. The floor in front of the bath tub was lifted. Could not open the bathroom door all the way because the shower curtain rod was sagging.
Room was dirty
Not for kids
Cheap for the area
Didn’t have a crib for my toddler and reservations was not aware so my baby had to sleep in the bed with us. There was also a leak in the kitchen sink and the shower drain was missing northern of which were repaired while we were there. The free breakfast was terrible; the bagels we skim and dry and the muffins were store bought and nasty. Housekeeping was only available for an extra charge.
Skip the breakfast
The continental breakfast was extremely limited - consisted of bread, pre-packaged cinnamon rolls, and cereal. No fruit. The coffee was barely drinkable. The first room they put me in smelled really mildew-y. Luckily they were able to switch me to a different room.
Good for price
Location and size was nice
The floors sounded thin as we heard the prop ok the 2nd floor.
Not for business travelers. Internet is worthless
The staff was surprisingly helpful and pleasant. The one thing this hotel has done right is hire good employees at the front desk. I also appreciated having a full size refrigerator and 2-burner stove (but kitchen ware must be requested)
There were several things that make this the worst Extended Stay I have been to. #1) The internet here reminded me of dial-up internet from 1990. It was pathetic. The signal kept dropping, I had trouble syncing to google drive, and even loading a single email sometimes took a couple minutes. This poor level of internet service is inexcusable. #2) The place feels dated and in need of refreshing. While the room was generally clean, it looked dingy and in need of a deep cleaning. It had that swamplike smell that many hotels have in Orlando, enough that when we got home even the clean clothes had to go into the washing machine. #3) Kitchenware is more of an afterthought, clearly put together by somebody that has not ever stayed in their own hotel. First, you need to request the items because they are not automatically put in the room. No dish towel, no sponge, no soap. (Automatic dishwasher soap was included, enough for 1 use in a 5 day stay?) #4) We were woken up every day at about 7:30am by music playing in the pool area. Seriously? 7:30AM??? Bottom line: This is probably great for families on budget vacation, but certainly not for a business traveler.
It was convenient to major attraction
The sheets were not clean and bugs were in the room. And staff was dismissive and slow to respond
Proximity to locations/restaurants in the area
Some reakfast items were stale (bread, waffles, raisin bran cereal).
I just want to thank Jeffery! From the moment my girlfriend and i walked in it was nothing but support and warm welcoming! he deffiantly deserves a raise!
There was not one thing i did not like!
best value for our money
very practical and confortable, just needed a place to sleep and it served its purpose
Location to convention center
Limited amenities & very limited breakfast
The pool and hot tub very nice. The front desk staff were accompdating
Needed to ask for everything - self service hotel. The free breakfast was aweful. Toast / cereal and fruit- that was it.
Great location on International Drive with very helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast was a bonus
like the kitchen and all the hotel in general
Lot of space, queen beds, kitchen, very good location near to international drive & Universal Studios
The Internet, I pay $5.00 for the internet and was very difficult to connect. The most of time we did',t had internet service and I am very unhappy with that.
they have accommodating staff and the room is clean
Good value for the money, and good location for theme parks, and restuarants
Smell from the previous smoking in the hotel, and odor from a/c unit in room,if you ever turned on heat, which I did by accident. Carpet overly worn and didn't fit the room at front door and bath.room cleaning crew ran from very good to bad, luck of draw on which one you got.
location,size of the room,security,free parking,
poor house keeping ,every three days to clean the room .
Was a pleasent stay. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was better than a simple continental breakfast. In general was really good!
Great stay at this hotel. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Hotel is located close but not too close to busy street(International Drive). Would stay again without any doubts.
continental breakfast was nice, location was close to convention center.
shower was not clean, soap scum was on the walls.
The staff was very accomodating. Our airconditioners had difficulty and the staff was courteous and offered us new rooms immediately without us even asking. Unfortunately we had to move two times, but the manager compensated us for the inconvenience. I will stay here again without worry. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the refrigerator, toaster, microwave, and table for eating our breakfast. It was nice to get our breakfast and bring it back to the room and eat in comfort without worrying about the childrens' behavior.
