Very good! The pool's was fantastic!

The entire hotel is beautiful and the cleanliness was exceptional. Our room was comfortable and our balcony sea view was amazing. The staff were helpful and charming. The rooftop pool and bar was one of our favorite hotel spots to hang out in the late afternoon and evenings where there are shows. The only thing we thought could be improved is the dinner buffet; however the morning and lunch buffets were very good. Overall, an amazing hotel and we would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.

I loved waking up and seeing the beach from the balcony it was just so relaxing x

The location was great for us as we could walk around and enjoy the sea and the neighborhood and the people. The town center and transportation were relatively easy to reach even though one of us has mobility issues (disabled leg and walks with cane).

The time went too quickly and will require a longer stay next year.

What a hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, amazing food, breakfast and dinner very tasty. We were given a room upgrade to the executive junior suite (thank you very much melia hotels) which was fantastic, especially the massive balcony and sea views If you are thinking of staying in this area then look no further than this hotel You will not be disappointed, we had a fab stay and can't wait to return

Fabulous hotel, loved Bali beds on roof terrace, fabulous views, lovely staff, great location. Very clean hotel and very comfortable beds . The only thing that stopped me awarding 10/10 was no air conditioning in rooms as it was the winter season. Weather was very warm though and I was too warm at night unfortunately.

Only that there was no AC in rooms due to winter season.

Great selection of food. Rooms were of a good size, balcony positioned looking out to sea front. Very clean. Reasonably priced food/drinks. Friendly staff.

Air condition were not in use because of winter time. It means that air does not change. Door must keep open.

Cant fault it .. maybe just one thing .. there was no option to cool the room with aircon but that was only because it was winter!

Breakfast was excellent, and the buffet was always well stocked. Despite the hotel being very busy, the tables were always very tidy and cleaned quickly after use.

Breakfast buffet is fantastic, as it was last year too. Location of the hotel is great and right on the beach. Ideal for daytime walks and an early evening drink at the rooftop bar. A really good hotel.

All was beautiful. The only things unclear from prior information is that the thermal spa costs 20 for each visit and some beds on the rooftop tce also require additional payment. However the spa is worth the cost and there are many lovely beds on the rooftop open and free to all guests. Really lovely place

We have been now 5 times and the facilities such as the gym and roof terrace are excellent. There is plenty of choice with the breakfast and evening meal buffets to suit every taste. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

When we checked out, we left a bag in the garage. There’s some very important items inside. When we stopped at Nerja, we found the bag missing and called the reception. We are fortune they found the bag and stored it at reception. I drove back and got it. Thank you so much for all your kind assistances！

We went to Los Mellizos restaurant located in La Carihuela which is approx10min walk from the hotel. The food was amazing, the waiters were very attentive and friendly & the place was very clean considering it was very busy!

Everything else was wonderful-from our welcome by Miguel who made us feel like VIPs, to the best hotel breakfast we have experienced, very comfortable beds, brilliant power shower and everywhere spotlessly clean. We were celebrating a joint birthday and we had a bottle of complementary fizz delivered to the room. Should be 5*!!

I thought when booking that the hot tub and indoor pool would be free for our wintertime visit but it was an extra €20 each and extra for swim hats. Our balcony didn't get the sun at all so if/when we return I would ask for the other side.

This was an amazing experience. The staff were so helpful & truly made us feel like VIP'S

The location was outstanding. We had a room with a beautiful view on the sea. The room was very spacious and relaxing. The perfect setting for a romantic trip for two. Breakfast at the hotel was superb!

There isn't really anything I didn't like. The hotel room was clean, the staff super friendly and attentive. The overall location was also perfect. This being said, the hotel is located between the beach and the old town that is renown for its steep stairs on Calle San Miguel that can prove tiresome if not used to it, but it is definitely worth the visit.

The view and the everything in the room was just perfect. Also the staff at dinner time was amazing, we only ordered our drink in the first night,after that we didn’t need to say a word they were bringing the drinks as soon as they saw us, excellent memory

The fact that the spa was closed on Monday and Tuesday and booked Of the rest of our time there was not the best but I guess it happens. The fact that you had to pay to use the sauna and the indoor pool was something I have never experienced, you also had to book an appointment for the indoor pool, I found it strange

Right on the beach, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful roof top pool, on site parking.

Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean. The furnishings were modern and in a good state of repair. The roof top pool and sun bathing area was fantastic, with nightly entertainment of very good quality. Would love to stay again.

Although we didn't use the lifts, there was always a long wait for people using them.

Fantastic location directly at the promenade / beach, and still quiet in the night. Delicious food - we've had half board. Excellent choice -all quality food like at 5* hotel, friendly staff. Paella every night, min. 3 kind of fish, often shrimps, mussles etc. Great sea view (higher floors), roof top pool area and sunbeds there, nice ambient music.

Not heated pools in October. Bathroom too small and cheap sink panel. Lack of wardrobes / drawers in the room to stow our clothes. Room cleaned quite late (3-4pm) during our stay, in spite of having the right tag on our door (please do the room).

Everything! Seriously refreshing to have a first class service in every department. Thank you!

The location is first class! Our room was very clean and we had a fabulous balcony with sea view. The staff were also extremely polite and helpful. The rooftop adults only bar and pool area were also fantastic and incredibly peaceful!

There always seemed to be at least one lift out of order and they are usually in high demand, but this wasn't a big problem for us.
