Excelente place to stay in Mexico City, very central and very clean.
Service was good although difficult to communicate with anyone in English
Very small room with no view. For a few hours sleep was ok. Location is good.
I could walk to many important historic places and museums.
I was advised by people in the museums to be back early (about 5:00 or 6:00 p.m.) at the hotel because the neighborhood was not so good at night.
Rooms are clean, personnel friendly, enough cheap
Internet is AWFULL!its stupid, in starbucks in 100 times much better. Standard rooms are small, quite stuffy
Clean, Good Value, Good Location, Good Breakfast Buffet.
friendly and very helpful staff - you will get free breakfast buffet if you stay 4 nights minimum
windows to court - however it reduces noise
We had the Master Suite for only a few dollars more and it was air conditioned. It was the largest hotel room I have stayed in in years. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable-- really 5 stars. WiFi worked, cablevision had sufficient channels, and the A/C was great. Location is great too. And the room included 2 buffet breakfasts everyday!!! The staff was very helpful and they arranged airport transportation for a set price and provided a voucher so no problems with taxis.
I can't think of anything wrong with the Hotel Monaco. We'll be back.
The staff was very helpful in providing us with everything that we needed.
