The room , adjacent restaurants , breakfast , patio area with fire pit, balcony
The hotel is having renovations to add balconies. It will be very nice when completed but isn’t the best when staying here now.
Newly renovated room
My room was obviously newly renovated. Very clean, nice furnishings included a comfortable armchair and great bed and pillows. Climate control was unobtrusive - I hate those noisy window units. Quiet, and nice view from window. For Sedona in March the price was very low.
I skipped the breakfast. The area was small and crowded, and only carbs on offer. Ongoing renovations didn't bother me, but I was only there about 12 hours...
Disgusting customer service. Whole hotel smelled l
Fair price- good location.
Kayak booked our rooms- kayak took our money. The hotel initially refused to honor our reservations. Phillip at the front desk actually told my wife and I that even though we had reservations that "it wasn't his problem" and that they were booked. He was rude, disgusting and completely out of line. The fact that Kayak was not available at 7pm to handle this issue was offensive. After a lot of four letter words and yellIng we got our confirmed room, the hotel actually charged us again, in addition to kayaks charges. I am going to back charge the hotel and kayak. Absolutely disgusting, I will not use this hotel or kayak ever again.
Not bad considering ongoing transformation
I would just want to make clear that the property is being renovated and becoming part of a different brand. Overall it was fine.
Good value during this season (Dec). Room was upgraded and in great condition. Elevator was a nice surprise. Nice view from the room, facing North. Very courteous front desk.
We could hear voices and folks outside the room. Walls a little thin? We stayed for new years eve and when we went down for the breakfast at 9:20AM, it was already being cleaned up. I thought it went till 10AM (info at time of check in). We thought that would have been (10) more appropriate for Jan. first. Hotel was pretty full and parking was a bit of a challenge.
Really clean, affordable place to stay right in Sedona. Would definitely recommend or stay again.
Nice and clean
Clean rooms quiet friendly staff
I have no complaints have stayed before and would stay again!
one night stay
Was a great location ,staff was friendly and got us a early check in ,even on a busy weekend. Lots of good places to eat in walking distance .plus a harkins a wine tasting room ,and dont forget a tap room near bashas. I would stay here again for sure. Great price.comfortable beds.
Still needs some updating would have loved a jaquzzi and better breakfast options but you get what you pay for.
It was clean and spacious , staff was good. Central to all amenities . Would stay again , good value for the area.
Beautiful views out of our windows, friendly staff, extremely great value for the money. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. It's no resort, but for a budget hotel I was very impressed.
