Some staff very helpful. Others not so much.
Lighting in bathroom poor.
The beds are very very good! The breakfast is very good too.
We had booked through booking.com the room which was "with view on the old town". Though it was written on the confirmation document, we still got a room with view on the opposite side: soviet buildings and gas station! Make sure about the view before!!!
Excellent conference hotel! Good when you want to avoid noisy touristic hustle and still within walking distance to city centre. Nearby food and beer cost about half compared to city centre.
Rooms are simple - three star class. Price is high compared to room size and quality. You can get better rooms with same price elsewhere in Tallinn.

The shower was poor, water flow too slow and in adequate. Toilet flush inadequate due to same reason. stayed at 7th floor.
The room was relatively large, well-appointed, with a good view (from 9th floor). Staff was very helpful in every way. Breakfast was excellent in every way. - the best we had in 5 weeks travelling in the Baltic region.
This is a "new" Radisson Blu in Tallinn, still transitioning from a different management. Be sure and do not confuse it with the other, more familiar Radisson. But, it is a short walk from the one to the other.
Restaurant
I wanted a room with hair dryer (it was again broken) and this time I did not had time to complain about it. I also did not get a silent room, nor it was not on upper floor.
