Decent accommodations for the money.
friendly staff - clean accomodations
There were holes in the wall that were patched but not painted to match the existing wall color. I think a larger TV for the rooms and a little up dating is necessary.
Very poor furnishings, nothing updated, no shampoo
Out dated, carpets stained and ripped, no pictures, decorations, sparsely furnished. Outside doors paint coming off, rusted doorways. Deck was full of oil as if it had just been weather proofed. Not what we expected from online pictures at all. Housekeeping was horrible when and if they did come to your room. Faucet in kitchen was broken and only a few outlets worked throughout the unit. A 2 star at best!
I love chase suites room size
The Price was right!
Clean, close to the airport. A good place if your trying to save a little money. The hot breakfast was good and had a nice variety. Scrambled eggs, make your own waffles and biscuits and gravy to go with cereal, toast and bagels.
TV is to small to watch from bed. In fact, I had to move the couch closer to the TV in order to watch a football game. It's that small! Mattress is worn out and sags to the middle and is pretty uncomfortable. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and would fill up with water when washing your hands or brushing your teeth. The furniture and decor is quite dated and old. However, the roomwas clean and the price was far below the other area hotels. You get what you pay for. I would stay again in order to save money.
This charming hotel is located in Airport Area. The premises count with 112 welcoming rooms. Customers will not be bothered during their stay, as this is not a pet-friendly accommodation.
