Fantastic hotel and mostly very helpful staff
The pool is amazing and the swing bar and swim up bar are lovely features. The location on the beach is stunning and we never tired of the views across the infinity pool. The spa is very high spec and the therapists good. We would definitely go back and highly recommend Live Aqua Cancun.
The food was not always to the highest or consistent standard in all the restaurants compared to the luxurious style of the hotel. The pillows are uncomfortable. One of our rooms needed an upgrade in the bathroom.
