好評：Red lion was easy to find, had a nice pool area and the rooms were small but had a cozy feel to them. Our room was very well cleaned so I was happy about that!! The hotel was close enough for us to check out tucson for the first time!
負評：Breakfast- ew it was awful, eggs had a powder taste and hard bacon didn't even taste real. I ended up having juice and we went somewhere else for breakfast. Checking in- the girl didn't say hello. I work in customer service should be main priority to make the guest feel welcomed. Then I told her I had reserved a room online she looked it up had me sign a paper without telling me any details to the paper. I read the paper (yes fast) and they charge 50$ to everyone that will come off of your bill at checkout. I didn't know I wasn't told about it. I talked with a different front desk girl and she said oh yeah we do that. Ok...... now it's been 4 days and my bank account goes from the total with the 50$ included withdrawn to credit account to withdrawn again. Why would they put back in the full amount to take it out again. Just credit my account 50$ and be done. Overall if they stepped their customer service and told guests about this fee and fixed breakfast we would come back. But we are going to the Hilton next trip
