Proximity to the city centre/Interlaken west Bahnof. The lady at the reception was very helpful.
The reception was unattended after 10.30pm and no phone connection could be established with the hotel reception or with the room. My family tried to contact me at night (time difference of 9hrs) but could not get through. This was after I requested the person at the reception that I was expecting a call around 11pm. They would be better off to have the a direct line to the room if they cannot stay awake. In case of an emergency at night - there is no way to seek help as the reception no. is not answered.

the staff were very freindly and we felt that we are in our home and the location is good just 3 mins from the train station

Price, good location close to the town centre and west rail station. Hotel had free parking and very helpful staff, rooms also a good size.

The staff was really great, and the location in town was not too bad, if you wanted to stay in town.
Not as good for a ski holiday since it is a ways away from the 2 ski hills and the town is pretty sleepy in the winter.
