I went to reception and told to wait while the phone was answered.
Been continually asked had I signed for the bill (I was walking through restaurant then stopped while they double checked even though I had already signed and presented my key)
That was the only thing that needs improvement - sort out your customers first and get the payment solutions for charging to the room correctly.
More staff training needed - as they have excellent staff that are outstanding but it's the procedures that they have been given don't work well enough .
Customer service was outstanding - just the proceedures need work
