Under construction. Smelly. Old. First room smelled awful. Sink had backed up in dish washer and let sit. They did give us a different room but it smelled too. Stuffy in room. Nothing like the pictures on the website.

I did not like the fact that there was overbooking on the part of extended care on the internet. People came with the anticipation of having a room to stay in only to find that the rooms were overbooked. There needs to be a better way to track how many people are booking rooms at the same time. I'm pretty sure that I received the last room available. The space was small, and it was a room designed for wheel-chair bound people. Not enough room to hang my clothes without them dragging the floor. It would have been good if I was told that before giving me the room. I knew there were no other rooms, and I would not receive a refund because of how I ordered the room, so what could I do.
