Great service - and great convenience
Room service was FAST!
Service that went above and beyond
We had a late evening check-in after a day of sightseeing in Calgary and still had to return our car rental at the airport. Our registration clerk offered to return the car to the rental agency for us. This was service that was unexpected and greatly appreciated, as we were traveling with 2 little boys and had an early flight to catch the next day. We also appreciated the comfortable beds and the connecting rooms that they arranged for us.

Excellent service and convenience
The staff were very helpful, arrived late at night for a layover and flight out the next day and they were friendly, courteous and professional. Being right in the airport they could get away with mediocre service just because of convenience, instead they were absolutely top notch ! Ron concierge/Bell hop helped us straight to our terminal one week earlier for the layover to our destination, and then again this time, and he remembered my family from the first time. As we went through the airport everyone knew him, from different airline desks to security, even the police outside, obviously he is friendly and helpful and makes an impression on the people he interacts with as he is sincerely friendly with every greeting and hello. Working in service this was wonderful to see, if I could I would hire 100 Ron's as he helped leave a lasting positive impression of our stay and your brand. Traveling with a small child is a challenge and at the end of the trip exhausting, but this short stay (and the one on our way a week earlier) really do make a different when you feel comfortable and are treated well. I will plan trips and if there needs to be a lay over, I would try to have it in Calgary knowing how great and restful the stay would be ! I never thought I would make travel plans based on hotels for layovers ! but this experience honestly was worth it
The hotel was very well sound proofed, even though we were right at the airport - could not hear the planes.
Location: on airport site. We just need to cross the street to get to the airport. Very convinience.
The Calgary airport Delta hotel are the best...5 hour extended checkout for free, free cookie and milk on arrival for kids, free breakfast despite being an hour late for the included breakfast and with 4 hours to wait for flight and our check in being at the opposite end of the airport they are meeting me at the check in area with all my luggage. That's what I call outstanding customer service!
Fast Check-in/Check-out. nice room.
I like having an extra blanket for the bed available without having to bother the front desk. There's a chill in the air this time of year.

I booked online and when we arrived they couldn't find our reservation. We had to spell our name 3 or 4 times and finally a more senior person stepped in and found our reservation. It was booked for the incorrect night. Luckily they had a room and everything was great after that.
I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me. This was a real plus as I attended a course and had a lot of extra bags to move around.
