Great Location and grreat staff. Although you were understaffed probably because of the virus scare. Workers had to really hustle and they did.
It doesnt look like Hilton has put very much effort in keeping this hotel updated and that reflects poorly on the cooperation because this is a premier location that you charge very high rates for. The landscaping was excellent and so was the cleanliness and service, but the facility seemed really dated.
A hop, skip and jump and you are in Disney Springs
Good hotel room. Hard to hear noise from hallways or adjoining rooms. Well positioned for an evening trip to Disney Springs
TV was broken. TV spontaneously shuts itself off when tuning to certain stations. Could only get 3 or 4 stations, and the rest resulted in the TV spontaneously locking up and then shutting itself off. Didn't realize it until I was in my PJ's and it was late at night (too late to have someone come up to attempt to fix it). Didn't ruin my vacation, but was highly annoying to try to have dinner in bed when there was no TV to watch. Its a basic aminity at even the crappiest of hotels, and despite paying for a hotel that should be above the level of "crappy" it was broken.
Perfect location with excellent transportation to all Disney locations.
Transportation had a couple problems. Wheel chair lift would not work one night when we left so the person needing the lift had to wait for another bus. Second day our return bus broke down at the pickup point but there was a replacement bus there.
Old hotel, musty smell, worn furniture etc..
Typical Disney area ripoff
Good Hilton quality as expected. Nice buffet.
Traffic in the area is ultra busy. Parking is $18! Also You'll get hit with a resort fee. I was there in business for one night, clearly the wrong choice for that.
Poor Front Desk Staff - Room was cheaper with Holton Honors
When we booked, I added a separate name foir traveler staying in room 2. When guest arrived at hotel, they were not able to check in and I had to contact Expedia and after 15 minutes, the problem was solved. Also, I could have booked the room cheaper using Hilton Honors.
Close to Disney springs
Hidden resort fee
Staff was friendly. Nice location.
Hidden resort fee is a joke. It's in the fine print. They automatically charge you $24 a night for services you may or may not use. Including internet which is average speed at best. Also, they paint it as a high class hotel. The room and facilities are also average at best. Stay across the street at the Hilton Palace instead. Nicer and less expensive. Free parking.
We were very disappointed with the breakfast buffet. It was very expensive and the food was cold.
Good Disney area vacation location. Good amenities on site.
Holiday surcharge and uppricing. Diamond/gold breakfast was very good except for powdered eggs.
Fantastic Guest Service in Every Aspect
Truly exceptional service whether in the restaurants, bars, convention space, 24 hour convenience store, guest services, or just walking around. The staff are super friendly and they proactively offer assistance. The Italian restaurant has super amazing meatballs - best in a very long time. My room was a good size and clean. Quality toiletries and other amenities.
Tip: Ask for a room with a decent view because mine really sucked!
