Everything-room. steakhouse, service, shuttle to concert, etc.
Friendly staff, thanks, Great chef, breakfast wast great.
Very nice breakfast included with stay .
Great value. More than adequate for our one night stay to break up our 13hour drive.. Breakfast buffet was indeed a pleasant surprise.
Grass blower at 7am on a Friday?! We need a federal law.
Great value great stay
Bed was comfortable. My niece enjoyed herself at the pool. (2.5ft-5ft) It is in a good location to get to several locations. Breakfast was good. It took a long time for omelets and waffles but that's because they only have one cook working the hot station. It was worth the wait. All the staff members I encountered were very friendly and helpful.
There was a dust ball in the hallway. House keeping failed to pick it up twice. Walls are thin our neighbors were drunk and loud. (They were celebrating their softball loss)
This building is well built. Very quality finishes. The complimentary breakfast was very good as well, brunch style. The AC works as well, which is always important in the summer.
Great location, but later at night (10 pm) some harmless yet forward homeless people will ask you for money. Don't give them money. Lock up your stuff. They have security at the hotel, safe place overall.
Not a fan
The breakfast was the only positive.
It's extremely outdated and the price is close to the other hotels. I'd rather put it towards something newer so it doesn't fee like you're sleeping in a room in the 50's.
I LOVED that it was just a short walk from Verizon arena, great restaurants for dinner and breakfast is buffet-style, with custom omelettes available. People were friendly and staff very nice.
It got a little warm in my room, but the air did not kick in until the morning. Night was a little rough because I LOVE cool air. But NOT a show stopper, by any means. It was a great room.
Location and breakfast was excellent
There were no towel racks in the bathroom
Downtown convenient location
Facilities were dated.
Stephanie brought a flashlight to my room. It lit the entire room for awhile before going out.
The electricity was cut off from 1:00 am - 5:40 am for maintenance. I was informed after the fact.
