good location (near the highway). the hotel is clean. comfort is good
the restaurant is not a the level we canb expect for a Holiday Inn. Cost of internet connection (15 pound for 24 hours) is too expensive, and should be included in the room cost.
Room very clean & comfortable. Nice extra touches, iron, board & trouser press also options for different pillow types. Loved the blackout screens.
The grounds were terrific as we had our dogs with us.
Our booking when we arrived at reception was under another name but our address?and the other name kept appearing on the computer? We did not purchase any breakfast as we thought it was very expensive at £12.50.
There was no reservation received when checking into the Hotel. There was only one room avalable for that night which was a smoking room which we had to except, it was lucky we checked in before going onto our venue otherwise we would not have checked in until 11.00 and no doubt there would not have been a toom available.
bar and food
Nice grounds to walk round before dinner, well maintained gardens in a nice location.
Although it was a no smoking room there was a distinct smell of tabaco smoke in the room.
Nice helpful staff.
I booked my room online but on arrival at the hotel there was no reservation for me. Luckily there were rooms available for the night. Light over bed was not working.
Room was a bit pokey.
Toilet in room had not been flushed!
