Parts of the hotel were not open to the public which should have been shared at the time of booking not two days before. The floors were never vacuumed during a one week stay. Other than that, the hotel was clean. However, since it is a 4 or 5 star hotel, it was a little surprising that the hotel staff's English wasn't a little better.
Great hotel to stay at. Everyone speaks good English and is willing to help
intreetinut personnel of the hotel room and excellence and diverse conditions, complete
only regret that I had more time to settle, is still on the run and trying to do my work for which we came, but also to see some of the city
To be honest, it is a clean hotel.
Definitely, not a 5 star hotel (3.5?). Hard to understand the accent of the staff while speaking in english. 2 yuan per minute for the internet connection is extremely expensive. None of the services are free, for example you have to pay for the swimming pool. Tours organized by the hotel to the Great Wall are not worth it. Staff is not honest: they promised and repromised me that the weather forecast was going to be sunny (for the tour to the Great Wall), and it finally was extremely foggy and rainy, they simply wanted to sell another ticket and promised me everything I needed to hear.
This hotel was fantastic. Rooms large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Services and facilities were all to an extremely high standard, from the room to the restaurants, bars and public areas. Location is good, central to most of Beijing attractions, and only 5 minutes walk to the subway station. The hotel even placed a complimentary birthday cake for my wife in the room which was a very pleasant suprise. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommed to others.
Professional staff, facilities
I was OVER-charged by the hotel, compared to my booking.com reservation. I was quoted $350 for my 5 night stay, where 15% service charge was "not included"; this should come out to ~ $402 total. However, when I checked out, my credit card was charged $434. Though this is not a big difference, I feel as if my booking.com reservation quote meant nothing.
the lovely staff.
the toilet. it was a bit run down.
Good Location, very comfort and plenty of restaurants in the hotel along with other things to keep you interested.
The daily room make up got worse during our stay.
The Capital, although nice, does not cater to the clientel as other hotels I have experieiced in China.
Hotel permitted bandit (unlicensed) cars posing as taxis to transport people. Very bad practice!!!!
The location
the Services
an awful smell was coming out from drains.
