It was fine.
The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and were looking for a recommendation on a nearby place to eat that would be open and decent. The person working the desk, whose name I can't recall, called a couple of places for us to check on whether their kitchens were still open while we took care of getting situated. That was a nice touch that I wouldn't necessarily expect at this level of hotel. It was walkable to Cambridge Ave, which was good for evening dining options.
I didn't like or expect the $30/day parking fee for a small lot with many obstructed or very tight spaces. The elevators were very slow, and one of the two didn't report which floor it was on, which was both comical and annoying. Breakfast was decent, but they seemed to constantly be out of regular coffee. The controls on the A/C unit in the room were non-functional. The unit worked, but we couldn't change the settings. The second bed in the room was a sofa bed, so our kid had to endure "the bar."
cold room, despite using the heat. mediocre bed and bedding, bizarre room layout.
It was ok
The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable- breakfast was pretty decent
Very basic accommodations - staff was sometimes nice sometimes seemed to be indifferent- when we left we asked if she could call a cab and she did however the cab she called was unmarked he didn't help with bags and there was no meter and he charged us far more than it cost on the cab ride we got in our own. I only mention this because it seemed like this was someone she called all the time and I wouldn't recommend using them anymore. Seemed odd
Size of Room---Service was great
The noise from the street. Instead of bar soap I like bath gel. The trip to TD Garden was listed as 1 mile--That is not walking--maybe b the T
The staff was cordial and helpful.
The first room we were assigned to had beer cans in rubbish and appeared someone had laid on the bed and watch TV after the bed was made up. We told the front desk and we were immediately moved to a clean room and offered several apologies for any inconvenience. I appreciated the help very, very much.
not a thing.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful in helping us select a place for dinner.
Room was worn out. Bathroom was dirty.
room was very comfortable
