Girl at the gym reception extremely friendly and helpful !!
Stroppy receptionist at the main reception trying to over charge us. When asked whether breakfast was included or not, said: "you are expecting too much for that price!!". Car park wasn't included either and it was rather expensive.
Overall, very good
Staff were excellent and always attentive. Fantastic room with a glorious bathroom. Delicious breakfast and a great bar area in the lobby.
Limited functionality from the Spa (one of the big factors in our choosing the hotel), inactive Wifi connection during the morning of check-out, and loud screech when the A/C was on full power.
Staff were terrific - from the Reception to the person who brought us fried eggs at breakfast - great team!
Not a thing - better than I expected.
We could not use any water facilities until 4pm on Saturday 27/11/2010.

Room had everything you could wish for, very well planned and thought out.
Had a water cut off mid morning which was a little inconvenient as I was mid showering when it went off.
Check in was effortless. Rooms were are of a very good standard and clean.
The extra bed was very uncomfortable.
I stayed a week at this hotel,and would definitely stay again when I return to Liverpool.
The room was nice and modern and the lobby was big with outdoor seats staff were friendly. The location is quiet at night.
We had requested an room with a view of the Mersey which we didnt get. The dining room carpet was very dirty and the hotel is a little far away from the city centre.
